All vessels are manufactured according to Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) duly approved by customers / third party inspectors

  • NDT - Radiography Reports, UT, LP Test Reports
  • Polishing Reports - Ra value Readings
  • Hot Dip Galvanization Report
  • Other Reports - for Painting, Pickling Passivation, Riboflavin test, drainability test, agitator trial, helium leak test, welding log book , PMI, FAT etc.) are generated as per job requirement

Welding procedures & welders are qualified as per ASME Sec. IX  Standards by  TPI like TUV, Lloyds, ABS, IRS, Quest etc.

Welders are qualified for all positions (6G) & Thickness 1.2 mm to 20 mm

MOC : SS to SS  ;  SS to CS ; CS to CS ; Ti to Ti ; SS pipe fusion welding  etc
